:( :( :( :(

So I am a refused refugee from last 10 years in Canada . I have deportation order since 2012 but I don't have valid travel document so they couldn't deport me . Now finally after 10 years I am getting marry to a PR guy , he just got his PR week ago .
I haven't seen my family from 10 years now .
How can we proceed with my PR application ? Is it a good idea to get marry right away as some people are telling us to wait 3 months otherwise immigration will give us hard time for getting marry as soon as he got PR ??

Your case is a tough one. You have to get some kind of ID to become PR. If you don't have a travel document, what do you have? You'd have to live together for a year if you want to apply for common-law. I think with your immigration history, it's going to be a long process no matter what.

What is your relationship background with the "PR guy"? FYI, that is not really an appropriate way to refer to your supposed life partner.

For most applicants, getting married one week after the sponsor becomes a PR would not be too suspicious, though it is not ideal. I am afraid that in your case it would cause a lot of suspicion. I would wait a few months. Document your relationship.
Have you have been living with this man? If you had been living with him for a year or more before he became a PR, he will not be able to sponsor you. If you have not been living with him, or for less than a year, it should be OK.
