Dear Experts on Student Visa Appication,

I really Need Some Help Unrgently Please!I was offered Admissions into a School in Steinbach, Canada for the School Year beginning September 2011. I have Paid to the School the Total Sum of $12000.00 CAD required for the complete 1 Year expenses.

I applied for a Student Visa from the Canadian Consulate in Cameroon-Africa, and was denied a Student Visa on the grounds that I do not have sufficient Funds. (The only gounds for refusal of Visa). This is surprising because I provided a complete Bank Financial Statment showing sufficient funds in the bank to take care of my studies.

These are the Following Documents that Was submitted along with the Application-

Bank statements from my Father (covering at least 4 months period prior to my application) holding at least CAD 18000 for living expenses + CAD 2000 for air ticket and incidental expenses + the amount of first year fee to be paid in full).(Receipts submitted by the School directly to the Embassy)

In order to satisfy CIC regarding my return to my home country, I provided Letters from my Employer showing my Status of Employment and Permission granted to pursue further studies.

I also submited a separate sheet of paper with my application mentioning me immediate family's (parents and siblings) details including Name, Address and place of permanent residence showing that my siblings are all living in my country of origin.

I also submited a "statement of purpose" setting out grounds as to why i wish to study in Canada, how I will benefit from it.

Despite all the Above facts and information included in my application, ----I was still refused a Student Visa.---

Upon refusal of the Student Visa, I was informed by the Canadian Consulate that I can reapply with additional documents. I donot know what to do at this Point.

The School in Canada faxed copies of the receipts of the totaL Sum of $12000.00 CAD from me as the total payment required for expenses for one year of studies. The school also faxed directly to the Embassy, copies of my Letters of Admissions and other documents that the Embassy might need from the School.

We have only 3 months left before School begin. Schools begins September 6, and the Embassy requires at least 3 months to process Applications. I am running out of time.

Please I really need help and Advice on this issue. I am currently looking for an honest and Straight foward Immigration Consultant who will help me. We are ready to pay the fees requested, and to see that this issue is resolved soon.

My brother lives in Detroit -Michigan and is willing to make direct contacts with an Immigration Consultant and Pay the fees needed, so as to begin the reapplication Process as soon as possible.

Urgently looking for an Expert Immigration Consultant on Student Visa Issues. Or any Advice on this Issue!!!

Thank You

Scot.

When examining sufficient fund, CIC officers will look at your income or your sponsors' income, not assets. That is to say, they need to see the cash flow, not the actual money sitting in a bank. Hope this will help.
