Urgent -- Help please.. Reg the que on Human Capital Priorities Stream

Myself and my wife have completed separate application for Canada PR via Express entry Federal skilled worker program 1 months before in CIC website. We don’t have any invitations yet for applying the permanent residency. But I got the Provincial nominee letter for Ontario in CIC website, so I am filling the form to get extra points.

For the question “Have you, your spouse or common-law partner, or any of your dependent children, already submitted or been included in an Application for Permanent Residence to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)?” .

Since we have submitted application for PR in CIC website (But no invitation) under express entry do I need to select this as Yes or No? If so what I need to give in the column “CIC File Number”. Is it referring to Express entry profile/Application number ?

If I need to give to Express entry profile/Application number in above column , whose application number I need to give. Is it my application number or my spouse application number or Both?

What do I need to fill in the column “Processing Centre/Visa Post to which application for permanent residence was already submitted” ? Is it CIC website.

Please advise as i need to complete and submit this form in 2 days.

You can answer NO as you haven't received ITAs or reached the e-APR stage.

Thanks for the info. One more question. There are certain areas on the OINP human capital reports form.

It’s been mentioned that all the fields in form should be completed and if the questions are not applicable, it should be mentioned as N/A. But some field in Section E “Occupation and Education Obtained in CANADA” which is not applicable for me. I can’t update the Date and NOC Code as N/A as it is asking for valid date and NOC Code. Shall I leave it as Blank or write with a pen as N/A?
