I was removed as a minor at the age of 12 from Canada.My PR expired in august 2014.
Now at the age of 17 when i have completed my 12th grade from India and want join university in Canada can i apply for Pr Travel document right now to save 1 year of study at the university.One of my eligible relatives is ready to be my guardian in Canada. or is it mandatory to be 18 years old to apply for TD....????
what are my chances of winning the appeal for PR TD?
