Urgent help on credit card

Hello all,

I am applyinf for cec class paying through credit card.

BuT MY CREDIT CARD SHOWS <mYNAME > and <My father's Name>

Instead of <my name><My surname>

So how do i fill the application? ON THE imm 5620

Can i include name of payer (if different from principal applicant) as shown currently in credit card or leave iot blank ??

is there will be any problems .

Seniorts whose credit card is charged do theier cc name reflects the real name ???

i used a family member's credit card so i've wrote their name down on the "name of payer part" of the form and i wrote my name on the "principle applicant part"
