Urgent Help ! Old FSWP applicant, done medicals and RPRF -- still terminated ?

Please help

I applied for FSWP in Aug 2004 from Islambad, Pakistan
In July 2011 got intimation from London that they are now handling case and to do IELTS and give several other details.

In May 2012 got request for medicals and immigrant summary form and RPRF which I sent

Now in May 2013 when im checking status, website shows no record when i enter file number -- I sent email to the london visa office and they say because of law on 29 june all approvals of criteria AFTER 29 March are terminated . . .

But in my case i got medicals request and RPRF in may -- if VO got instruction in march 29 not to process cases any further then why did they send me in May ? does this mean that my criteria was cleared before 29 March ?

In any case i have no clue where i stand now ? what are my options ? shall i just send them letter and check my case history on CAPS ?

Very simplistic answer for you. At that time the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act (C-38) had not yet become law. It's a retrospective law, so until at least June 18th, they were processing application files as "normal".
