URGENT HELP NOC 3112

I am doctor. I applied on 20th April. I didnot get 1st AOR. Can anybody help me to inform about their AOR who applied during this time. Pls. help me to mend my anxiety.

As there are some new rules changing, u may having delay in getting ur 1st AOR.
Soon u,ll be getting it in this month.
Which Visa office u,ve applied??

my visa office is SINGAPORE. Are a doctor? Did u send ur application in April 2010
