Hi

I will be writing IELTS next week and I completed my graduation in 2013 from open, Delhi University with 48% and I completed my diploma of 3 years from NIIT institute in 2014 with 69%

From 2014-aug to till now I’m working

I met with consultant he told me you aren’t eligible for canada . I will help you to make a fake degree of Bcom which shows its regular with good marks .....

Please suggest me what to do here ??

Posters on this forum have a dim view of people asking to help with fraud (and so does IRCC). Fake documents will get you a 5 year ban form Canada. If you manage to get beyond the initial checks with fake documents, your VISA/PR/Citizenship will always be at risk, as IRCC has no limitation on how far back they can go when dealing with fraud. That means at anytime in the future, they can revoke your VISA/PR/Citizenship and send you packing from Canada! And it's a criminal activity, so jail time is possible.
If there is even a hint of fraudulent documents, they will check to see if they are real.

Thank you so much ... I myself not in favour of doing anything wrong ... but by going through above thing do you think.. I am eligible to apply for student visa
