Urgent Help Needed

Hi Friends,

I'm a Indian Male H4 Dependent came to USA before 6 months with my wife and kid as my wife got H1B.

I have 5 Years of IT experience and not working anywhere at present.

I have applied for H1B and the lottery not picked up for this year.

I don’t want to wait for 1 more year to get my H1B to work here.

I would like to process Visa for Canada to legally work from there. I can pull my family once i settled there.

Please suggest the best way to do this.

I need details like Visa Type, Duration of processing, Visa Fees, consultancy contact, etc.,

I'm a Java developer and ready to learn any new technologies if required.

Any advice on this is much appreciated.

You'll need to spend time researching the different options to find out what's needed to qualify and apply. If you would rather someone else do this research for you, then you will want to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to assist you.
