urgent help needed

I have scored 6.5 in IELTS with 8.5 in listening,6.5 in Reading,6.0 in writing and 5.0in speaking.
Am I eligible to apply for canada ?

Assuming you are looking to come to Canada as a student to attend college, you should really have no scores below 5.5. Having said that, there's a chance you might still be approved.
