Urgent - Help needed

Hi,

I got province nomination and on the same day of receiving the nomination, it says nomination expired because my express entry profile is taking backdate (Jan 2015). Ideally PN should be expired after 30 days of receiving but it is showing past date. Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

Any helpline number where I can call and ask about technical issues with express entry profile.

I rem someone talking about it long back. Its technical issue.
Send a mail to CIC and the province officials right away.
