urgent help needed withdrawing the old profile and creating a new one

Don't delete dude...currently Iam facing job bank registration issue after with drawing old profile..
I didn't receive job seeker code after creating new profile and no clue how to solve this issue..

I too deleted my old profile and submitted a new profile few minutes back. This is what I did.
1. Changed the login email for job bank to a new email id.
2. Logged in with the new id and deactivated my profile.
3. Logged in to EE portal and withdraw my profile.
4. Revoked my GCC Key
5. Created a new GCC key and created and submitted a new profile.
6. Created a new job bank profile with the new EE number and job seeker code.
7. Activated Job Bank Profile

Hi friends yesterday we did withdraw ur profile yesterday.But the job Bank cannot be deleted so I changed the email I'd to a temporary one and deactivated the old profile.Do we have to create a new job Bank account. Just wanted to know if I am doing it right.I called cic but they said to email the wuestion
