URGENT HELP Needed with TRV (PGWP holder)

I'm on PGWP and I need to renew my Temporary Resident Visa so that I can re-enter Canada. My PGWP expiring Oct 2017. I created GC Key and completed eligibility part, then it takes me to this document "Use the Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or Temporary Permit Holder [IMM 5708]" .

Problem is when I previously applied for TRV, I can see in my computer files that those documents were different. I completed IMM5257e, IMM5645, etc. documents previously. I don't know why the forms are different. Then I searched on CIC and then noticed the one im applying right now is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visitor.asp

The one previously applied

was http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp?countrySelect=CA#applications

I'm confused and not sure why same thing not coming up.

Can you please let me know if I will be ok with IMM 5708? Your response will be highly appreciated.

It seems that you are not using the wizard correctly and the tool thinks that you want to change from Worker to Visitor.

You must answer the wizard correctly, when you do you will be required to submit IMM5257.

I double checked and everything looks ok. i even deleted application but same form coming up. I dont know what to do. thanks for your reply.

This is not correct.

You do not want to "visit for more than 6 months". Visitors cannot work.
