urgent help needed... whole fees got returned by cic in my bank account.

hi all.
I had sent my PR application to CIO Nova Scotia and the same was received by them in dec 2016. I had paid the whole fees i. e. processing and PR fees online and sent the receipt along with my application. Today i got the whole amount credited back to my bank account. My bank is unable to explain the reason for the same. So I don't know what should i do now? Shall i pay the fees and send the receipt again to CIO? Kindly suggest as I do not want to get my application delayed or returned.
any body faced similar problem please inbox me.. its urgent. hope you guys understand m really worried...

May be they had returned back your packet through ordinary post, due to cancelled as incomplete. I think, u missed something, even any sign or checkmate in checklist. U will receive it in 25-30 days. Send them CSE repeatedly. Check your linked Application status. I have same experience , they sent due to IELTS missing

Hi!! Did you pay your fee by credit card?
You can call cic to check the status of your file!

Yes, they return fees when they cancel the application. With second time submission, we have to pay fees again. Better choose credit card Instant/advance payment online option. Complete this online form as it is information through Generic form and send it with your inquiry.

That's really strange!!

Im also worried about the return thing, as my application was received by CIC on 28th Nov an till date i have not got any AOR.

Fee has also not been refunded nor even the status has changed.

Not sure whats going out there
