Dear Friends,
I am working in US on H1b and I am living with my wife. My father is visiting us on B1 visa and we are planning to visit my friend and different places in Canada in Mid March. I already have TRV visa, my wife and father need to apply for visitor visa. Could you please review below documents I will be providing for TRV of my wife and father:
Invitation Letter from Friend - Duration of stay - 1 Week
Proof of Funds: I will be accompanying and paying all the expenses of the Trip
1. Letter from Bank for money in Current and Saving bank account - showing enough funds 30K USD
2. Last 6 months bank statement
3. My Employment Letter + last 3 months pay slips
Applicant 1: For Wife's TRV - She is on H4 visa in USA
=======================
I-797 approval document for valid H4
I-94 document for current status in US
TIN # - for Taxation
State ID - For residence
Reason to come back in USA - She has been living in US with me for last 3 years (Do I need to prove this?)
Applicant 2: For Father's TRV - Currently in US on B1 - Retired in India
=======================
US Valid Visitor Visa - to prove current legal status in US
Current valid I94 - to prove current legal status in US
Funds in India - Pension document + Funds in Bank 12 Lakhs + FD 5 lakhs
Return flight ticket to India
Reason to be back in India - he needs to give "life certificate" to his department to continue getting the pension (this document is due from November - as he came here in month of November). I can provide a document from the department that asks for this letter every year in month of November.
Queries:
1. Who should be the primary applicant - My wife or my father ?
2. Kindly review above documents and let me know in case I am missing any document here
3. Do I need to buy tickets to Canada and book hotels before the visa and add the proofs in list of documents or I can book it once the visa is granted?
4. As I would be mention in LOE that I already have TRV visa and I will paying for all the expenses, should I mention my UCI # as well?
Thank you in advance for your kind help!
