I am in very bad need of help. I applied for the extension of my TRV on 12th, November 2021 when I was in Canada. I received the letter for the passport request on November 26, 2021. Unfortunately the messages went to spam and I did not receive any notifications for them. For having continuous health problems for the past 6 months and having finals around that time, I missed out on the part that I didn’t stamp visa on my passport. Then for my health getting worse day by day I had to return home (Bangladesh) so that my family can take care of me as I live alone in Canada and I can get treated here. For some reason and being very unfortunate I totally skipped out on the part that I have no visa stamp on my passport. I have two courses in the summer and I really need to go back to Canada because this will have massive impact on my career. Also, I have my graduation ceremony to attend as well. Do you think I can send my passport with the old passport request as the decision is already made in November? I can then submit the letter in the VFS Bangladesh so that they can get it stamped from Singapore IRCC. I have 3 months left on my study permit now but when I first applied for the extension of my TRV in November I had 9 months left. I really need go back asap because my classes are in person. please help.

You need to submit a new application and apply for a new TRV.
The TRV extension was only good for remaining in Canada longer. The extension does not allow you to re-enter Canada.
You need to get a new TRV to enter Canada.
You need a valid TRV to be able to return to Canada. You cannot return to Canada based on the study permit alone.
Did you apply for a TRV extension in November? Or did you apply for a new TRV?
I applied for TRV extension in November 12th got the passport request letter on November 26th. But didnt realize it as the ircc emails went to spam and then for health conditions I came back home in the beginning of March. I wasn’t in the right condition to do anything for months and for some reason I thought i had the trv stamp but I dont. I had only applied and got the passport request for stamping which technically means my visa was extended. Now, I just need the stamp, i have the letter which said i had to send my passport in 30days, but it has now been 5months.
The TRV extension is useless now that you have left Canada. You cannot use a TRV extension to re-enter Canada.
You need to apply for a new TRV if you want to return to Canada. You need to submit a new application.
You need to apply for a TRV. An extension only is valid if you don’t leave Canada. Once you left Canada, your extension would be cancelled.
