Urgent help needed to count my experience due to Covid-19 layoff

Hello,

I have some problems regarding my EE PR application,

Actually in this month on 24 June my one year is completed.

So I made my profile for EE on May 31, 2020 and today I got the invitation for EE PR from Ontario.

So actually I have some problems in my work experience,

Which is

1. I visited india for 4 weeks in this 1 year and,

2. I have 7 weeks layoff due to covid-19,so I applied for EI for that, But, Recently my company was approved for CEWS Subsidies from CIC, so they told us, they provide the 75% of our income for that 7 weeks and we have returned the money which we got from Cic for that 7 weeks before 31 December, so if we accepted that offer our layoff is not considered in our profile. But in CEWS is count as experience, it is not written anywhere.

So can you please let me know this CEWS is considered as layoff or not,

If it is considered as layoff so total I did not work 11 weeks in this 1 year so Can I face problems in my PR if I submitted my profile on 24 June.

If you weren't actually working you cannot count that as work experience, whether you got a wage subsidy for that period or not.

Hi did you ask ircc about this. I have a similar question. I was laid off for 13days and got rehired on wage subsidy in April 2020. However, the company only paid me 75% of my income. I am not sure if I can count this time towards my work experience
