I need your urgent help as my wife's open work permit application has been refused on the grounds of finance.
I am on post grad work permit in canada, I am married and i wanted to bring my wife so i applied for the work permit of my wife 2 weeks back.
Surprisingly they did not ask me for any financial documents in the checklist so i didn't submit my bank statements or anything.
today i got the mail that it has been refused on the fianancial grounds.
Could you please help me to figure out what went wrong? Did i miss something? I filled out 3 forms (imm1295, imm5257, imm5707) when I applied.
Did I miss to provide bank statement details even if it was not on the list of documents required?
or Did I apply in completely wrong category as i was told by someone to apply under spouse open work permit?
Can you please suggest me the right category to bring my wife to canada? I just want to bring her here and then i want to apply for PR under CEC.
