I have made a big mistake and seeking your urgent Guidance.
Last week, I received three ADRs - 1-PCC - 2-Remedical, and 3-POF (Due date 15 March). However, due to a system glitch, I wasn't able to open POF; therefore, I raised a webform and reported a problem, and IRCC has sent me another ADR for POF (Now Due date was April 11, 2022). However, When I was uploading ADRs in placeholders, there were three placeholders to submit 2 ADRs. 1 of them was named PCC and I have uploaded PCC over there. However, the other two placeholders hadn't any name mentioned. So I uploaded POF in 1 placeholder and Medical in another placeholder, whereas, actually these both placeholders were meant to be for POF.
Now, What should I do, If I raise webform and inform them, they could reject my application but the problem was a system glitch due to which I wasn't able to see the names of the placeholders.
Please give your opinion.
