Guys Need your Suggestions!!!

Since all of you know that itx been more than 3 and a half months that i am waiting for my visa. I applied for May session which i already missed.

Now i am planning to email my university for defferment letter and once i get that i will send it to CHC isbd which might reopen my case or atleast give them a clue that this guy has been waiting for long.

So what do you guys suggest?? should i ask university for def. letter or not and should i send it to CHC or not???

Please Share your views as soon as possible and help me solve my misery.

Well, i think by now u shud hav sent the deferment letter to CHC ISB..most probably CHC ISB is waiting for ur deferment letter, hence the delay..(for those thinking tht if CHC ISB requires the deferment letter they will ask for it; i beg to think otherwise..i've seen CHC ISB communicate without proper instructions as to the next step..take the medical call for instance, CHC ISB does not tell what to do with the passport after the medical..take the case of the guy on this forum who got his visa rejected and his docs were not returned and he wasn't informed either why his docs weren't returned)..so i think u shud send the defer letter as soon as possible.

You know what you can do.. ?? Start gathering CHC emails, CHC Islamabad email, Minister Responsible for Immigration (It was Kenny before elections, don't know whose responsible now).. and some other high profile people. Type an email will all your problems, and what CHC Islamabad doing with you and whole lot of people waiting in queue. It's up to you if you want to try one last time with defferement letter else, this is your last hope.

thanks jiggzy... well mailing high profile or that kenny wont have any effect on my case bcoz they are not free to answer my email man.. i already mailed minister a month ago and they didnt bother to reply me.. so i guess its useless to do that.. the only hope i guess is deferment letter now.. i guess that might have an effect.. thats very impartial bcoz they dont give us any right to ask about our cases even.. thats really un-professional on their part..

I think you must get it from your university, and send to CHC. Don't give them any chance. Say them you are ENTHUSIASTIC about that university and Canada ;D ;D ;D

Afridi : nothing will gonna happen ........even u send a letter to CHC isb .... or not ....... or u send emails to minister or not ...... believe me they get millions of email yelling at the minister (its still fat a_S_s kenny ) ......he has plans to end immigration for pakistanies ..........so no use of sending him emails ....

secondly .....you should defer ur admission ........ but i suggest that dont send this letter to CHC isb ......as they know .... but still its ur call ............ in some cases they know ur going for lets say jan semeter so they delay the case more even ....... no they would be under lil stress that we have to finish the case its already late .....and they have to provide a reason as well in file atleast y this case was not done before starting of semester .......

Bhai jaan i think u shud defer it.
Defer kero, and mail them the letter. Because the law requires us to communicate with the consulate whenever the circumstances have changed.

I dont know why it takes over 3 months to get the visa in Pakistan.
Isi liyay i applied from Muscat to the Abu Dhabi Consulate. My session is in September. And i applied 5 days ago.

Anyway. Insha-Allah aap ko visa miljayega. Defer kero. LEtter bhejo. And rahi baat k defer na kero so they delay ur case, aisa kuch nai hota. Un ko nai fark perta k semester miss ho k nai, un k uppar koi pressure nai hota k bachay ka semester miss hora ha hay k nai cuz they follow procedures.
