I received BC PNP ITA and gave documents to agent for submitting. She submitted wrong form for express entry number (It should be IMM 5786 but she submitted IMM 5791 which is ITA for express entry). Also she submitted unsigned representative forms and I have strong reason to believe that she did that to complicate my case so that she can ask for more money.
PNP office emailed me that they couldn't find my EE profile and Job Code, and I should submit IMM 5786.
They also asked me to submit signed use of representative form. I asked my agent for that and she is now insisting that she wants to email signed form to PNP office herself and she is not allowing me to do that.
However, I do have scanned copy of old forms that I signed initially.
Can I send those backdated forms and IMM 5786 on my own or is it mandatory that I have to send that via agent?
Kindly help me as I have a deadline of 22 august to respond and this agent is asking for more money to do the job and I don't want to bear this extortion.
