Hi everyone,

We applied for the Non SDS for a Master's program and the Spouse Open Work Permit (SOWP) from Uzbekistan.

Here's our timeline:

  • June 12: Application submission
  • June 18: Biometrics submission
  • June 27: Medical passed for the student (medical was upfront)
  • July 11: Biometrics completed for both student and spouse
It's been 44 days since our application submission.

I have a couple of concerns and would appreciate some advice:

  1. Proof of Financial Aid Document:
    • After submitting the application, I noticed that the "Proof of financial support.pdf" file contains the bank balance information sheet, but the part with the bank stamp and signature is slightly blurry due to file compression.
  2. Missing Documents:
    • I did not add a reference letter from the workplace for the sponsor and the student. I later realized that these should have been included.
    • I haven't uploaded anything to the SOWP additional information section.
Questions:

  1. Proof of Financial Support Document: Given the issue with the slightly blurry stamp and signature on the bank statement document, should I resubmit this document through the webform to ensure clarity?
  2. Missing Documents: Considering it's already been 44 days, would it be beneficial to upload the reference letters via the webform, or should I wait for the final decision? I’m concerned that adding new files might delay the process.
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help.
