Urgent help needed! IMM 5645 vs IMM5707e?

Hi, need urgent help
In my customised check list IMM 5645 is written as required.
However, my RCIC consultant uploaded the IM5707 form for family information.
When I asked my agent, he said 5707 is the new form and we should be filling that only.

I have a sibling and I have mentioned his details in my cover letter and submission letter along with his ID proof as well.

Does the different form affect my application?
Please help!

They are correct you can also look it up yourself here and you will see the form is the exact same, but the one they told you to use has been updated as of 2023 the old one was updated 2021, so if you do the old one regardless of what your check list says your application will be sent back to you https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides.html
