So I got my status restored as a visitor till Oct 5, 2016 after my work permit expired last year. Now, i'm applying for IMM5710E. As mentioned in my previous posts, I don't trust my previous lawyer at all - i'm consulting a new one - but I would rather double check everything myself now to avoid any further issues. There's a few questions that I need help with please:
1. Should I choose a) Work Permit with the same employer or b) restoration of status as a worker?
2. for my current country of residence; I've entered my status as visitor - but for the dates (from - to), should I enter the first day I came to Canada or the day my status got restored as a visitor to when the visitor status expires?
3. What should I mark down as the duration of expected employment?
4. Where can I find the LMIA# on the assessment papers? There's an SF#, an ER ID, an application# and a job# - if you could please confirm which one is it?
