hi everyone, as i was filling up my questions and answers for pr application and in statutory questions....one of the questions is ''Has ''MY NAME"" ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with or convicted of any criminal offence in any country?:
What exactly it is asking??? Do i have to state it yes as i have a pending trial in court coming september. Does "any country" here includes Canada as well.???

Please help me.

any country means any country including Canada surely. So if you have a court trial coming up then assume you have been charged for something ? Others can comment.
