URGENT HELP - Moving to UK while waiting for CoPR

Hi all,

I am currently waiting for my CoPR for FSW via the last December express entry draw.
Following are my timelines:
AOR: 15th Feb 2021
Biometrics: 30th March
Current Country of Residence: Pakistan


Currently, everything else than biometrics and medical is pending at the portal. I am interested in doing my second master's from the UK, and explore my alternate options as I don't know how much time will CoPR will take provided the Covid situation worldwide.

My question is what are the repercussions of me doing the second master's from the UK, and to whom should I intimate at IRCC about this step. Secondly, as we have to provide police certificate for anywhere we stay longer than 6 months, this course I intend to go for is 1.5 years long. What are the steps or procedures I have to follow so that my application for CoPR does not get affected?

Update your file via webform with your new address and update that you are attending a masters program in the UK. No repercussions. If you receive Pr you’ll need to do a soft landing in Canada and then return to Canada after your masters course. As long as you meet the residency obligation studying abroad is not an issue.

Just wana make sure that changing my country from Pakistan to UK wont delay the overall process of getting CoPR. Can you tell me something about it?
