Hi All,
I need urgent help with education assessment
I did a Bachelor of Engineering from Manav Bharti University, Himachal Pradesh, India in 2016.
My WES report is good as well, as per the report it is a recognized university.
However, in 2017-18, fraudulent fake degree cases were imposed on the university.
Now AM i still good to apply for universities or colleges and later VISA part because of such allegations on university?

Did the fraud accusation also affect degrees issued in previous years? I think if it did WES would have contacted you to void your evaluation. If they didn't you should be able to use your degree for applications.

Yeah I cleared my Engineering from that university in 2016, and I have done/got my WES assessment in 2019. So if I apply should I face any issues becuase these fraudulent allegations ?
