Urgent help--landing at Regina Airport

I need quick help and information for my PR landing at Regina international airport.

We (family) will be travelling form Montreal to Regina through domestic flights to complete my PR landing formalities.
I kindly request if any one done landing formalities at Regina airport.

1. To finish my landing formalities at immigration Is there any issues to move domestic terminal to international terminal?
I am assuming immigration usually takes at international terminal location.
2. Is there any office to apply SIN number at Regina airport (Canada revenue office)

I seriously doubt you will be allowed to pass through immigration after arriving on a domestic flight.

Agree with the post above, if you're already in Canada it would be odd for you to complete your PR landing that way.

Hi you should request SIN in downtown Regina
and if you already live in Canada this site explains the procedure to become a PR

I am not sure whether what you are doing is correct. PR status is not activated until you leave Canadian border and re-enter.

People who are already in Canada, do "landing" by flagpoling meaning they go to US border, tell US Immigration that they are here for flag polling, who kind of refuse the entry to US (on papers) and then you re-enter Canada and that completes the PR landing.
