URGENT HELP-- information required regarding Express entry Expiry date

I have EE and Job bank account, which I made on 5,December,2015. Then on 21,july,2016 I applied in SINP program(express entry). Now my case is in process and as everything was alright in my profile so I am hoping positively for the state nomination.

But I have one confusion. My IELTS (August 2014) that I used while making Express Entry account is expired now. And my EE account is still OPEN(u can say Active). I know EE account lasts for complete one year means mine will be expired on 5 december 2016. But now the question arises that as my IELTS a;ready expired in august month then how come my account still shows OPEN or active status. I want to know that when my accout will expire. Can it lasts till 5, december 2016 with expired IELTS. Because with this expired IELTS my account should become inactive or ineligilbe the why this shows still active or open.

Your EE profile should already have become ineligible; I'm not sure why it hasn't. It's probably a technical glitch.

If I appear in IELTS and the Can I make this account again an active one. Because the profile can lasts in EE till complete one year

If the profile is still active by the time you've received your new IELTS results, then yes, you can update the results in this profile.

But as I've said, the profile should be active for 1 year OR until you become ineligible for some other reason. The fact that you don't currently have valid IELTS results means that you are currently ineligible, and your profile should have already become inactive.

Are you sure that you entered the date of your IELTS test correctly when you created your profile ?

yes sir, My exam date is 16 august 2016 and the issue date of TRF is November 2016. But they only calculate 2 years of IELTS, from exam date means 16 august so it is expired.

Is this what's entered in your profile ?
Because that says that your IELTS are only 1 month old.

sorry sir, earlier I wrote year 2016 instead of 2014.
my exam date is 16 august 2014 and TRF issue date is 23,November,2014. Because my scores were increased in re evaluation so they issue me this in November 2014.

Then it's possible that your profile may not become ineligible until November.
