hi guys,

i'm soooo stumped here on page 3 of IMM 1344A ... question 6. we are applying outland and my wife is here with me in canada as a visitor... 6(b) asks... if the above address is not in the country of nationality of the person you are sponsoring, has that person been lawfully admitted for a period of at least one year in the country where he/she is living? .... the address above i wrote down my wife's home address in korea... but i am not sure whether to check off NO/YES as this is the country of her nationality so it wouldnt be application really... any suggestions

Your wife's address in Korea IS in her country of nationality, so you can safely pass by section (b) of this question, as it is NOT APPLICABLE.

If you wish to use your Canadian address as her mailing address (since she is visiting with you), then you can do so.
