Urgent help Guys (NOC- Job Offer)

Hello everyone,
I am on 10.5 month on work permit on NOC level A in tiny company but today I got an offer from huge company, but I am scared to take a job offer because I think it is NOC C that will not work in CEC
Please help me guys tell me which noc do you think according to discription


This co-ordination role entails dispatching of import & export to approved trucking vendors, as assigned by
company, Customs and other departments .
Main Duties and Responsibilities

 Monitors all that is received from OCC Import and Export, Customs and other departments.
 Timely and efficient assignment and dispatching to approved truckers.
 Daily tracking and tracing at relevant Port or rail terminals.
 Verifies where necessary bookings / container pick up numbers, terminal for pick up and empty return.
 Liaising with Steamship Lines CN/CP Rail, Port Terminals and Trucking terminals for all resolution as required.
 Maintains a healthy rapport with all trucking carriers on a partnership basis.
 Cost and Revenue entry of all moves and extra costs approval and entry.
 Daily status entry and utilization of TMS in order to ensure that all KPI on status of Planning, Delivery and
Empty return are maintained..
 Supports accounting administration on billing functions, provides all back up on costs and extra charges i.e. storage, pre-pulls,
chassis, waiting time , labor, plug in and similar ancillaries.
 Maintains prompt communication with other Operations colleagues and customers on all aspects of the container cycle and
costs.
 Liaises with customer service on SOP and SLA for all customer set-ups and out of the normal arrangements. Ranging from
intact container to trans-loading and special site set ups, Trans- Canada single and team movements, cross border
arrangements that involve bonds and US entries.
 Responsible for resolving internal and operational issues in a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service
deficiencies and/or customers' dissatisfaction.
 Other duties as may be assigned by the Company.
Professional experience required:

 Minimum 1 year freight forwarding or trucking (dispatching) experience.
 Knowledge of CN / CP, Canadian ports and containers drayage procedures.
 Understanding of import and export process.
 High school, college diploma.
 Prioritizing tasks, good organizational skills.

Can I use it as NOC
1215 - Supervisors, supply chain, tracking and scheduling co-ordination occupations

My understanding is as long as you can write your employment letter to match the NOC you desire and your manager agree to sign it, it should work

I agree that this looks like a NOC C role. It is definitely not a match to 1215 since you aren't supervising a team. So that will not be the right NOC for your new job.
