I received 100% of the POF required from my father through a bank transfer. My dad had taken an overdraft against one of his FDs. The issue is that on going through his statement to support this bank transfer, it also shows the transaction of creating an overdraft under the heading 'Loan'. I'm worried that this might give a false pretense to the office that would be scrutinizing the documents.
Do I need to show my father's statement to support the transaction to my account?
Is it mandatory that I show six months' statements for my account if I'm going to use a gift deed?
