Urgent help! FSW application refused due to IELTS score

My dear friends thank you very much for your kind support and help in this difficult situation. I have already prepared a letter and going to fax it today then send the original copy by courier. I have attached my IELTS score, IELTS score table from CIC webisite and copy of rejection letter. On each paper I have pointed out where the mistake it. Hope it will help by the grace of God.
