Urgent help for work hours

Hi guys

I have a question about the work hours,

1) I began to work on Jan22 2013 (I signed my contract by the off campus work permit), I got my pgwp on22 feb 2013. My question is can I count the time from jan 22 to feb22 into my work hours (it about 4 weeks)?

2) I sub my application on the end of March 2014, during January 22 2013 to March 30, 2014, I took 3 weeks vacation, I am wondering do I still qualify the "one year full time work"?

the experience is counted only on the PGWP. so in your case the count starts from Feb 22 2013

2) I sub my application on the end of March 2014, during January 22 2013 to March 30, 2014, I took 3 weeks vacation, I am wondering do I still qualify the "one year full time work"?your qualifying experience count is from Feb 22 2013 till Feb 21 2014(1 yr), Since your application reached them a month after you should be fine.

Work experience counts if you are no longer a full-time student, and if the work is authorized. It does NOT have to be on a PGWP. But you should include an explanation about when you completed your laast semester of school, and that you started your job while on the OCWP before you received your PGWP.

If the vacation was paid, you can include it as work experience. More than two weeks is iffy. If it was unpaid, then you should exclude it when counting your weeks of employment. But it sounds like you will have enough if you apply at the end of March.
