Hi everyone following are the main duties for NOC 6235 that I have , do you think this should be okay ?
• Responsible for setting up personal accounts for customers, provided them with telephone banking, online banking services and issued debit cards with access to automated banking machine (ABM) pin.
• Created and updated customers electronic files to setup banking products.
• Analyzed customer inquiries to identify financial goals and advised on the product selection based on need.
• Promoted and sold banking products: Chequing, Savings, Master card, RRSPs, Line of credit & Mortgages.
• Ensured all legal documentation for the products sold for accuracy, completeness and to be compliant in accordance with bank policies.
• Proper retention of customers confidential files and submitted them to head office on a daily basis along with daily maintenance of pavilion standards.
