Urgent help for EE question

Hi All Experts
I am working in NL under noc 2145 for 5 months (work permit except LMIA) intra company transfer , i got job offer with my same company ( i was working in another country befor transfer to canada ). i have same question which regarding to EE;
-Is my job offer valid? the question in the determination eligibility to get the reference code (what should i answer to question do you have valid job offer ? - on EE said i need to work one that workpermit 1 year.
- In the Research part: there is one question:some jobs are regulated in Canada. You would need a license or certification to practice these jobs. Do you know if your primary occupation or trade is regulated? ( my job is petroleum engineer. so what should i answer, yes, no , i dont know )
-when i apply for Newfoundland PNP, do they also require the same condition like EE or just job offer, so that i can apply for

1. The job offer is not valid to claim points. So, the answer should be 'No'.
2. For the research question, there is no right or wrong answer, so pick any one.
3. You need to check the NL PNP program website.
