My friend needs help.
He is asking , he received recently his decision from IRB. Now he needs to apply for PR. His question is which province is the fastest to apply? He lives in Ontario!
He is planing to move!!!

The process is the same throughout the country. He should decide where he wants to live and file his application once he's moved.

Agreed. Permanent residence is a federal program. Changing provinces won't expedite the process.

Also it's not a fast process so he should anticipate waiting 25 months.
