Urgent Help: EE Profile: Education Credentials filling

Hi,
while filling the EE profile i have couple of questions

1. Was in EE pool in 2018, since i didn't get any invite, i deleted the file, applied for study permit and came to Canada, I don't remember the application details, what should i fill "DID YOU APPLY FOR Express Entry IN THE PAST"
2. I went to UK as student in the year 2008 till 2010, i did not complete my degree and came back , now while filling the education credentials

Is CANADIAN EDUCATION (MASTERS FROM CANADA)Details enough or i need to fill my Under graduation from India and incomplete degree details in United Kingdom

I would humbly request to share any link to follow specially for creating EE profile who are eligible for CEC and Canada education, much appreciated, TIA
