Did you include a copy of your diploma or degree?

Yes I did add that to client information,
But I didn’t add my individual marksheets.

what do you suggest now? And why are they asking it for is it for grades or to validate the duration,

IRCC wants to see your grades. It's part of their evaluation.

So should I just add the same transcript and degree again? Or what else should I add, individual online marksheets too?

you can do both, though it doesnt make sense to resend same information but just do it...
