URGENT- have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizens Canada before?

Hello,

I first created my Express Entry profile last year and received a PT notification from Ontario. However, due to some personal reasons, I could not go ahead with my application and withdrew my application from the pool. I have again submitted my application this year and received an ITA. Now what should be my answer to the question above in my current application?
