I'm a Ghanaian and a single mother of two kids. I desperately want to relocate from here with my children to Canada. I do have a diploma qualification in Human Resource but without experience in the field and do not qualify for any skilled assessment. I have no relations in Canada. I can't seem to find a job online. I honestly want to relocate to become a patriot of Canada. Any advice on how to apply and acquire a visa or any other means available to be advised on to help?

You need at least one year of full time and paid work experience (typically in a skilled profession) to qualify to immigrate to Canada. There are other factors considered such as level of education, language skills, years of work experience, your age, funds available to establish yourself in Canada, etc. It's next to impossible to find a job as as foreign worker - so this unfortunately is not a realistic way to try to move to Canada. The most realistic way is to qualify to immigrate under one of Canada's immigration programs. If you do not meet the requirements of the Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker immigration program, then I would recommend you next spend time researching the Provincial Nominee Programs to see if you might qualify for any of those. You'll still need to have at least a year of work experience, however sometimes there is more flexibility in what type of work experience is accepted. Details here:

I assume you have set aside money to cover the costs of giving birth in Canada. Since you will be in Canada as a visitor, you won't be covered under the heath care system. You should make sure you have $10,000 in Canadian dollars set aside to cover the costs of the birth. Although the costs could be substantially higher if there are any complications.

To be approved for a visitor visa, you must show you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
If the visitor visa is refused and you come to Canada, it's possible you may be refused entry and sent home if border officials see you are pregnant and believe your main reason for coming to Canada is to give birth here.
