URGENT: Got my passport back with VISA and still waiting for VISA office change

Dear Friends,
Please advise ...

I received "Ready For Visa email" on 9-Jan-2015.My family (Spouse and Son) are currently in India for vacation and I had sent a request on 13-Jan-2015 to make arrangements to print visa at New Delhi office.
Waited for 2 weeks and did not receive any response.So i sent my passport to Ottawa with explanation letter and today I got my passport back with VISA stamping and CoPR.

Can I land with out issuing VISA to my family members? the reason for asking is my current work permit will be expiring on 7-Mar-2015.

I had sent 4 reminders to CPC-Ottawa to check the status of Visa office change . I got below response from them.

Are you going to land without your family? It means that they won't have PR status if they don't land with you (Principal Applicant).

They do not have to land at the same time, but if they land separately, the PA has to land first.

But I don't know if you can land before they get there visas. Ask PMM?

You can finish your PR process right now and your family can finish PR process once they get stamped Passport...
I saw they give pritty much good time to finish the process...
