Hi people, I have an urgent question!
I am inviting mu mother to visit Canada again. This will be her fourth time to visit, and I am not expecting any problems, it's very straightforward.
HOWEVER, this time around we are applying to the Vienna embassy, and I am not sure how to send the payment for the multiple entry visa. There are few banks listed, but our country is not on the list.In this case, this is what they say:

IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS NOT ON THE LIST, YOU SHOULD PAY BY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.
SEND A FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT ,DRAWN ON CANADIAN DOLLARS AND IN A CANADIAN BANK.CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER.

So does this mean that I have to draw a bank draft ,say in TD BAnk and send it to my mom???????????
PLEASE HELP.

I assume you cannot pay online, which would make things easier.

Search online for Visa Application Centres Canada. A few of them have cropped up in China, and for a small fee they make applying for a visa much easier. The Centre will check over your application, even translate a document on the spot (again, for a small fee), and take a cash payment.

If they exist in China, perhaps in Vienna too?

Thanks,
The application is complete, we just need the payment. Before this year,we had an embassy in our country, but it's closed now.
If it says that it should be drawn in a Canadian bank, I guess we will have to draw it here in Canada, which is fine with me, but will they except it???
It should be ok, but I wanna know for sure.
