Urgent Feedback needed IGNOU transcripts service from BNB Consultant / Nascent Consultant

Hi All,

Can anybody tell me about IGNOU transcript service by Beena kadyan from Nascent consultant / BNB Consultant, how reliable they are for getting IGNOU transcripts?? This is urgent.

How much time it takes to get the IGNOU transcripts, do the consultants fill transcripts request form on our behalf? Authorization letter they told they will take it from me.
