I am applying for PR of my parents(in India) under Family Sponsorship program.
My father has overstay US Visa. Now he is in India (he came back voluntarily, not deported). I will mention this in the application as recommended by many portals.
My mother has Canadian Visitor visa of 10 years.
The question is when my mother applied for Canadian visitor visa, she mentioned my father's current address in India, but he was in US at that time.
Now if I reveal my father's US history, will Canadian Immigration found out that information mentioned in my mother's visitor visa regarding my father's address was incorrect.
Will it impact now on this current application ?
