Hello,
I have an urgent situation. So I will appreciate your fast answers.
I'm an international student and I am going to Montréal for an exchange programe. First I was planning to stay for 1 semester, that's why I had a SX-1 Student visa and the expiration date is 10 years from now (2024) with multiple entrances. But now the circumstances has changed and I want to stay for 2 semesters. So I'll be in Canada on september, than I'll come back to my country on december and after that, for the second smester I want to go back to Canada in January. I have 2 questions on my mind:
1) Even if my visa is category SX-1, if my visa is for 10 years and multiple entrance, can I use the same visa for my second semester?
2) If that's not the case, I read that it wasn't possible to make a study permit application while staying in Canada, and that the options are either make the application through USA Los Angeles visa Center, or do it from outside of Canada. My problem is I can't do it from outside of canada, because I won't have enough time the receive my visa before the courses begin. So does anyone know how does it work with LA?
Thank you!
