URGENT: Extending/ Renewal of my BOWP without an AOR

Hey,
I applied for CEC under Alberta provincial nominee. Now i am towards the final stage of my permanent residence application, finished my medicals last month, all that is needed, is my interview and background check (both say "not needed at this time" on my CIC)
The main reason for this thread is for my work permit.. My post graduate work permit expired last year 2016 but before it expired, i applied for a Bridge open work permit. Now, the BOWP is set to next month April and not sure how to renew it. I had difficulty finding a thread pertaining to my situation and was wondering if the kind people on this forum can help me out ASAP. I do not want to jeopardise my application for Permanent residence by being out of Status

a) Not sure how to renew a BOWP without an AOR and what documents do i need ?
b) Can i flagpole to make the process quicker and what would i need ?

??? Not understanding "finished my medicals last month..." given that medicals are required to be submitted WITH the application, upfront. When did you submit your eAPR?

You apply for a new BOWP the same way you applied for the first one. What do you mean, no AOR? If you already had one BOWP, surely you have an AOR, it would be the same one you used the first time.

BOWPs are not supposed to be processed at a POE, but I have heard of it being done. So - maybe. You can try, if you are from a visa-exempt country, if they say no, then you will have to submit the online or paper application.
