Urgent Employment History doubt - Citizenship application

Hi all,

1) I wanted to ask a doubt regarding filling an employment history. In previous PR application, for one part time I did, it was mentioned as worked from October XXXX to December XXXX. However I received my paycheck in next January start. Since I was physically went for work only in October - December, it was given like that only in employment and personal history of my PR. I gave January as unemployed. I am doubtful if I should have given from October - January?

2) Similar case for second part time. Went physically only for 2 months. However I received paychecks in next month which was a "paid off" for a bereavement related leave and for my previous months work. I should have been technically employee in their system from March XXXX - August XXXX but I went physically only March XXXX - April XXXX in my memory.

I was really stupid to give my history as employed only those months I physically went and rest I gave as unemployed. Since it was part time, I didn't really ask for the relieving letter or keep the payslips. Payment was auto deposited and i never saved those payslips. So I forgot this case.

Now I am worried will it affect my citizenship because i am going to explain all these there.

My questions are:

1) How to fill the employment history? Only for the time I was physically present or full period? for both part times.
2) All my previous applications including PR i gave only physically present period as employed. Will this affect my citizenship? I was thinking to add an explanation letter along with my application.

Regardless of all these, I have correctly paid my taxes for all period.

Thank you so much for your responses.

Check this video if you are not sure how to fill the application

If they did not say anything when you applied for PR you should not worry now. I am sure they took it as a human error mistake. The most important part no gaps listing your employment and unemployment time and taxes. Some banks can retrieve transactions up to certain amount of years if you need to. I am not sure if you should mention that you made a mistake at this point. Just don't make a mistake now.

thank you for the response. no gaps was there and i paid taxes for everything. I found some payslips too which was hidden under a lot of documents. I just gave at max accuracy the time i physically worked and didn't work. because it made more sense to me then. I will think about this. thank you!!
