Urgent : EE CRS points reduction

hi guys

I just double chkd my EE profile yesterday and was surprised to see that our score went down from 462-455 ? Our initial score was 442, then we updated education and it went to 462.
Did anyone faced same issue. I don't know exactly from which section score has been reduced from and why?

Anyone knows the email add. where we can send this query to ask CIC ? Plz let me know

Yes my husband did but v both are 27 yrs so shud not make diff really

Do some RCA using this tool and cross verify the points you get on each parameter before mailing CIC so that you can save everyone some time.
