URGENT: Does it really take 24-48 hours to apply the update in EE profile

Hi experts,

So I just updated (9:45pm EST) my profile which will make me 428crs.
Assuming that there will be a draw tomorrow around lunch time, will my update be applied before then?
I have a strong feeling that if the draw comes tomorrow, it will likely be below 430.

Please help!
